Digital Forensics Expert Witness

Chris is a Digital Forensics Examiner, employed by Evidence Matters Ltd since 2025.

Prior to this, Chris worked in law enforcement from 2020 to 2025, serving as a Detective Constable within the Bedfordshire Police. As a qualified PIP level 2 investigator and investigative supervisor, he conducted a variety of serious and complex investigations across a variety of alleged crime types, utilising digital strategies.

Chris has been involved in the analysis of cell site data, mobile devices and communications data since 2021. He has received ongoing training in both digital forensics and communication technologies, in-house and externally.

Vetted to NPPV level 2 with counter terrorism clearance, Chris has undertaken prosecution, defence and family court work.

As a Digital Forensic Expert, Chris has examined telecommunications data for more than 500 cases.
